Parts Available for Corotec Equipment

• Dyne Pens and Inks: Measure your treatment properly with Corotec’s Dyne Poly Test Marker or Brush-able Liquid. With our proven ink solutions, you can determine the surface tension or wet-ability of the surface and adjust the power density properly to ensure that you are optimally treating your materials for quality products.

• Sleeves: Maintaining a quality surface on your treater rolls is essential to a consistent, defect-free corona treatment. Silicone sleeves over excellent dielectric properties, are quickly and easily installed, and are a cost-effect solution for keeping your roller running like new. Available off-the-shelf in any length for rolls ranging from 4” – 12” in diameter, with custom sizes available.

• Glass Rolls: When the highest quality roll is required, glass sets the gold standard. Glass rollers offer superior dielectric properties, lowering power requirements for the corona treating process. These rolls provide long-term durability, excellent surface finish, and are manufactured with to tighter concentricity tolerances (less than .003”) than silicone sleeves for a more consistent gap, resulting in a more uniform corona field along the length of the electrode.
